After recessing to closed session, the Thermalito Water and Sewer District board reported several approvals when it reconvened May 19.
Attorney McClure reported the board provided direction to legal counsel on real property negotiations but did not disclose details in open session. The board approved renewing memoranda of understanding for Mid-Management and for Customer Service and Operations & Maintenance Department employees through June 2027; the MOU language was updated to reflect that "the salaries of the employee shall be increased effective July 2026 by 3.3%."
McClure also reported the board approved a 3.3% cost-of-living adjustment to the general manager's salary effective July 2026 and provided additional direction to legal counsel regarding fringe benefits for the general manager.
