Board approves ACTI property resolution, continues due diligence

The board announced Dr. Tony Payne will assume administrative director duties effective July 1; Payne was described as coming from Huntington County Technical School. Board members said due diligence on the property is ongoing and, if all elements proceed, a purchase could be finalized by the end of the year.
