Elmwood trustees set property tax request and adopt 2025–26 budget

The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees unanimously approved a property tax request, adopted the 2025–26 budget, and approved its 1 & 6 year plan and municipal certification during its Sept. 10 meeting.
Vice-Chairperson Rebecca Kicak presided as the Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees voted unanimously to set the village property tax request and adopt the fiscal 2025–26 budget at their Sept. 10 meeting.
The actions were taken after Patric Euse read Resolution 9102025-1 setting the property tax request; Euse moved approval and Tony Greise seconded. The board approved the resolution on a 4-0 roll-call vote. Heather Scott then moved to adopt the 2025–26 budget and Patric Euse seconded; that motion also passed 4-0.
The board also approved Resolution 9102025-2, the village’s 1 & 6 year plan, and Resolution 9102025-3, the Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance 2025, each on unanimous roll-call votes. Euse read the certification resolution aloud before the vote.
