The Boscawen Select Board took several formal actions during its June 17 meeting.
- Consent agenda: The board approved the consent agenda (financial statements, minutes, personnel and permit items) by voice vote.
- Conquered High ropes course camping: The board approved a motion to allow the school’s ropes/outdoor leadership class to camp overnight at Boscawen Town Park for a specified trip (proposed Sept. 19–20), subject to required insurance and coordination with parks staff.
- Building task force: A motion to sunset the building task force was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote; staff said they will retain final retainage until public-works work is complete and noted that the contractor’s insurance certificate expires June 30.
- Non-public minutes and sessions: The board entered non-public under RSA 91-A, returned to public session and moved through several motions to seal or unseal older non-public minutes with roll-call votes recorded. For the motions recorded with roll calls, the three-member board voted in the affirmative (Josh, Lori, Matt) where roll calls are shown.
No contested procedural outcomes were left unresolved; procedural follow-ups include staff circulation of pilot templates, document collection from Avaloc, and scheduling a follow-up meeting.
