Wisner awards $280,220.50 electrical contract for East Highway 275 utilities relocation

Moved by Councilman Barry Meyer and seconded by Councilwoman Cathy Gobar, the council approved JEO’s recommendation by a 3–0 vote (Ayes — Meyer, Schweers, Gobar; Absent — LJ Parker). The minutes state the contract award was authorized at the Jan. 20 meeting.
