At the April 9 meeting, the Old Orchard Beach Planning Board re-elected Dave Walker as chair for another one-year term and elected Aaron Moriarty as vice chair.
The board took roll call early in the meeting. Walker accepted the nomination and, after a second, the board voted to re-elect him; the meeting record indicates the vote was unanimous. Similarly, Moriarty was nominated and seconded and the board approved the vice-chair nomination.
Staff identified two items ready for signatures — the Atwood plan and Winona findings of fact — and reminded the board that two contract zones were scheduled for public hearings before the council on April 21. Members also briefly discussed a resident inquiry about contact phone numbers appearing on the town website; staff said they would check and follow up.
A motion to adjourn was offered and carried unanimously; Chair Walker closed the meeting.
