The Texas City Commission on June 17 approved Resolution 2026-068 authorizing the city to engage Landmark Aquatics under contract 801-26 to replaster and repair the Nestler Family Aquatics Center.
Parks staff explained the work includes replastering the main pool and slide and repairing cracking in the pool island so the project can proceed during the annual shutdown; staff said supplies will be ordered now to be ready for work in September. The item received a motion, a second and unanimous approval.
