The board voted 5-0 to approve the budget and to adopt the Tax Request Resolution. Board member Pepper Papineau moved to approve the budget, and Alex Hildebrand seconded the motion. Papineau also moved to adopt the tax request resolution; Alison North seconded that motion. The board recorded unanimous roll-call votes of members present for both actions.
Board business that carried financial effect included approval of a renewal of a $2,700,000 line of credit with Cornerstone Bank for 2024-25 at a fixed rate of 4.5%. Brien Alley moved the line-of-credit renewal and Alison North seconded; the motion passed on a unanimous roll-call vote of members present.
