Alvo trustees table Alvo Days alcohol request and road-rocking proposal; hear Cass County 2.0 pipeline presentation

Kristyn Sullivans had requested approval for alcohol at Alvo Days; the board discussed the request during old business and Chairperson Chris Juilfs moved to table it. Trustee Dave Morgan seconded the motion and the motion carried Yes-3, No-0.
Separately, Nebraska Diggings proposed spreading rock on Harrison Street and Railway Ave at no charge for spreading if the village supplies the material; the board moved to table that proposal as well, with the same recorded motioners and vote.
In new business the board received a handout and a presentation from Mark Patton on the Cass County 2.0 pipeline. The minutes record that "discussion was had" on the pipeline; the board did not record any formal vote or directive on the pipeline at this meeting.
All tabling motions passed unanimously. The board moved on to other agenda items after these actions.
