Sanders' maintenance report also covered a street work plan for October and November, attendance at a floodplain administration meeting, updated street signs, fluoridation training, generator maintenance, and new fans for the Senior Center. Board members directed maintenance to begin work on the areas identified for the current year and to report progress back to the board.
In Old Business, Chair Homes and Trustee Brightenburg discussed the Oak Street project and moved to contact four adjacent property owners for input; infrastructure and zoning maps were tabled due to insufficient information. Sanders and Homes reported participation in an NRD mitigation planning meeting and said development of mitigation ideas will continue through mid‑2025.
