Commission approves February minutes, elects new chair and vice chair and adjourns

The commission declared Alfreda as chairperson and the vice chair according to the tally read aloud by the clerk.
Staff also noted that the mayor appoints a council liaison for each department and acknowledged Councilman Crow in that role. Commissioners received name tags for public-facing work. The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn that was seconded and approved.
