Council approves United Way use agreement to open Family Resource Center at Mitchell‑Nelson Elementary

Duke said the Board of Education approved the agreement at its June 9 meeting and staff described the initiative as having minimal financial impact on the district and requiring no additional funding.
Council members expressed support for the site choice and the partnership’s potential to strengthen family and student supports. After a motion and second, the council approved the use agreement by roll call.
