The board approved Payables Warrant #75 for $29,747.16 (motion by Bill Birdsall, seconded by Robin Stratton; passed 5–0), Warrant #76 to the Harbor/Volunteer Fire Department for $1,362.41 (motion by Adam Foster; passed 5–0), Payroll Warrant #74 for $4,590.59 (motion by Carol Lowrie; passed 5–0) and Payroll Warrant #77 for $4,501.59 (motion by Adam Foster; passed 5–0). The minutes do not attach supporting invoices or line-item detail to the public minutes.
Departmental reports included a first-quarter review from the Assessor and a notice that roads will be posted March 9, 2026 (George Moon). The Assessor’s quarterly review was provided to the board and a budget meeting was set for April 7 at 6:30 p.m. The board also approved payment to town attorney Dan Pileggi for his attendance at a Planning Board meeting (motion by Carol Lowrie, seconded by Robin Stratton; passed 5–0) and approved a CEO training request (motion by Jack Bridges, second by Bill Birdsall; passed 5–0).
