Conservancy and Land Bank Authority discuss options for Tannery property

Austin Schuver of the Frenchman Bay Conservancy introduced the item and was joined by Gabe Gauvin of the Maine Redevelopment Land Bank Authority. Gauvin explained that the Land Bank’s mission is to acquire, manage and revitalize abandoned, contaminated or obsolete properties and said the authority might present options for the town to consider regarding the Tannery site.
