The Gray Planning Board opened its meeting by approving minutes from the May 21 meeting as modified to list a member (Charlie) as excused rather than absent; the motion passed unanimously.
The board then heard two sketch plan reviews: the Durgenwood (Bergenwood) subdivision (about 52 lots on ~144 acres) presented by Austin Fagan of BH2M, and a 7‑(possible 8)‑lot subdivision at 224 Shaker Road presented by JP Connley of DM Roma. The board directed both applicants to prepare technical follow‑up materials prior to preliminary review: the Durgenwood team must supply a traffic study, stormwater/treatment details, buffering plans and neighbor‑notification documentation related to a proposed Tamarack Lane connection; the Shaker Road applicant must clarify shoreland frontage, provide sight‑distance documentation and either demonstrate that a hydrogeological assessment is not applicable or submit a waiver justification.
A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved unanimously; the meeting ended at 8:04 p.m.
