Uh whenever we come back out, we will announce any decision that has been made." The meeting proceeded into closed session.
When the board returned to open session the presiding officer announced, "There were no decisions made during the executive session." The chair then asked for a motion to adjourn; the motion passed and the special meeting ended.
During the meeting the presiding officer also directed Chief Spicer to allow people in the hallway to enter and asked Mr. Harberger to wait briefly inside until the board returned from executive session. The transcript does not identify who made the motion or who seconded it, nor does it record any formal action on personnel during open session.
