At its regular meeting the commission approved a range of routine applications, including a revised sign for Cape Cod Cooperative Bank, paint and shutter changes at 24 Greenland Circle, a garage/addition at 43 Thoreau Drive and several residential additions and new-construction plans.
John Cook presented the Cooperative Bank sign update and the board voted to accept the new single-color green sign as presented. Neil Bartholomew’s paint-and-shutter application for 24 Greenland Circle — Marlborough blue body, black vinyl shutters and black doors — was approved after commissioners reviewed color swatches. Chris Plasse of Salt Realty received approval for a new single-family house with a gambrel roof after clarifying the garage orientation.
The board also approved minutes from the Aug. 13 meeting. Several other items, notably some solar layouts on Doctor Stanton Road, were continued or approved conditionally as noted in the solar item.
