The Board likewise approved the April 27, 2026 site-walk minutes for 299 Main Street with a 5-0-2 vote (Mike and Paul abstaining).
Chairman Chris Stafford said his increased travel may limit attendance and invited nominations. Walter Baird nominated Stafford for Chair; Stafford accepted. The Board voted to elect Chris Stafford as Chairman, with the motion recorded as 4-0-1 (Stafford abstained). Stafford nominated Brenda Legare as Vice Chairman; she accepted and was elected in a 4-0-1 vote (Legare abstained). Dave clarified that the Chairman may appoint someone to chair a meeting when needed.
Before adjourning, the Board voted to continue the 299 Main Street case to June 16 and then voted to adjourn. David Knight moved and Chairman Stafford seconded the adjournment motion; it carried 5-0 and the meeting ended at 9:30 p.m.
