Audubon County veterans officials report $2,362.97 furniture refund; seek written grant approvals and office space alternatives

Watson said she asked the committee to provide in writing which purchases are approved under the grant going forward. The pair also reported that a potential office location in Exira proved too expensive to rent, and they will explore using space in the Memorial Building; EMA Director Tyler Thygesen cautioned the Memorial Building entrance slope may not accommodate some motorized wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
