Audubon County supervisors on July 23 approved a slate of routine administrative and road items. The Board approved claims totaling $254,900.66 and voted unanimously on a motion to publish and pay those bills (motion Thompson; second Sorensen).
The board also approved and signed a GASB 96 Subscription Based Technology Agreement Policy intended to document cloud/subscription accounting treatment for county financial reporting.
Engineer Mitch Rydl obtained Board approval for two Secondary Roads utility permits: one for Guthrie County REC in Melville Township and another for Northern Natural Gas in Oakfield (345th Street). Rydl said a pre-construction meeting had been held for the Puck Project, and the county will close that road section later that day and post detour signage.
All motions passed unanimously; no detailed debate was recorded on these routine items.
