Adams County conservation staff demonstrate MyCountyParks site; Audubon to consider it for Littlefield cabins

Paul and Adamson walked supervisors and county conservation staff through the site’s features, including fee schedules, reservation rules, tax handling, pet policies, damage citations, rental pricing and revenue accounting.
Audubon County Conservation Director Bruce Haag and supervisors asked several questions about how the site handles citations for damages, tax remittances and customer-facing policies; Adams County staff answered questions and offered further support. Audubon County representatives indicated they are looking into using the MyCountyParks system for the new cabins at Littlefield, but no official opening date for those cabins was set during the meeting.
The presentation was described in the minutes as informative; Adams County staff invited Audubon staff to follow up with additional questions as they evaluate whether to adopt the platform for county-run rentals.
