Board approves online on-the-job-injury reporting software to replace paper records

“This is our OJI, our on-the-job injury. We've been using paper for forever and a day. This allows us to go to a software…where we can track the incidents that happen,” Dr. Cameron said, adding the system will let employees upload documents and help the district analyze incident frequency.
Board members expressed mild appreciation for the modernization and the item passed by voice vote.
What happens next: The district will implement the software through its HR/operations teams and discontinue paper submission for OJI documentation once the system is live.
