The board said the survey link is posted on the town website, printed flyers with a QR code are available at the meeting, and attendees may contact staff members Katherine or Elliot to request paper surveys or assistance.
Board members said the survey responses will be the first step in a broader public outreach effort; after results are tabulated, the committee plans additional in-person and online opportunities for residents to review and comment. The board also confirmed its next regular meeting is scheduled for July 7 (time to be determined) and indicated there may be a second July meeting depending on member availability.
The announcement reiterated that the meeting is recorded and televised, with replays available on YouTube and occasionally on channel 22. The board encouraged wide participation in the survey to ensure the comprehensive plan reflects residents' priorities.
