Selectboard approves licenses, equipment purchases, personnel actions and warrants in unanimous votes

Equipment and property: The board authorized Transfer Station manager Cynthia (Cindy) Kirk to spend up to $38,973.73 from the Solid Waste Management & Recycling Equipment Capital Reserve to buy a forklift and clamp (motion by Ethan Liberty, seconded by Kevin Nelson). The board also approved authorization to execute and expend the close sale agreement of $16,000 for a turnaround parcel at 153 Red Bridge Rd. (motion by Kevin Nelson, seconded by Ethan Liberty); both passed unanimously.
Personnel and governance: The Selectboard accepted with appreciation the resignation of Paula Doughty from the Parks and Recreation Committee (motion by Amber Lambke, seconded by Kevin Nelson) and removed Planning Board member Adrian Sincyr for six consecutive missed meetings under the Planning Board Ordinance (motion by Amber Lambke, seconded by Elijah Soll). Both motions passed 5-0.
Warrants: The board approved warrants covering payroll and accounts payable (Warrants 58, 60, 61) with totals of $80,788.19; $80,132.35; and $1,417,154.58 respectively, and a combined total of $1,578,075.12. Motion to approve warrants was made by Elijah Soll and seconded by Kevin Nelson and passed 5-0.
