Lebanon awards one-year payroll services contract to Primepoint

According to the CFO’s summary presented at the meeting, the contract includes a one-time implementation fee ($500), monthly payroll solutions fees and an annual service fee. Committee members said the award was permitted without additional quotations because the price is below the municipal bid threshold and consistent with procurement rules; the CFO certified availability of funds. The motion to adopt was made by Abe Abuchowski, seconded by Beverly Koehler, and passed with unanimous ayes.
The committee authorized the mayor and township clerk to execute the contract and directed the clerk to publish a brief notice of award as required by statute.
