Bridgewater planning board endorses two ANRs, grants site-plan extension and continues several hearings

The motion to endorse passed by roll call with unanimous votes from Members Michael McDonald, Tom Pratty, Dan Greenberg, KJ Chris Froski and Chair Patrick Driscoll.
A second ANR — a simple split of the Perkins property at 476 Cherry Street — was also endorsed after Larry Silva of Silva Engineering said the two resulting parcels conform to zoning; the board voted by roll call in favor.
Extensions and continuances: The board approved a two‑year extension for a site plan at 0 Plymouth Street filed by Troy Belt LLC (original decision Aug. 2, 2024), extending its effective date to Aug. 2, 2028. The motion passed by roll call with all members voting yes. A requested continuance for a minor modification at 680 Bedford Street was granted to the July 15 meeting; Member KJ Chris Froski recused from that item.
Street acceptances: The board agreed to continue three street‑acceptance matters (Stonewall Place, Quail Run Road and Oldfield Road) to July 15 to allow staff to obtain DPW and town‑engineer inspection reports and confirm outstanding closeout conditions, including a remaining tree‑replacement holdback.
Votes and procedure: Most actions were approved by roll call; when a member participated remotely, the chair called the roll explicitly. The board asked staff to circulate decision letters and to post the cleaned redline and supporting materials for the June 24 joint public hearing on the DFY26-014 zoning amendment.
