Council approves fee changes to begin registering vacant and abandoned properties

Councilmember Mel Sowid moved to approve the resolution; Councilmember Anna Cline seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The change enables the city to begin program administration and fee collection under the amended building-inspector fee schedule.
