Bisbee adopts ordinance requiring utilities to relocate equipment to new poles

The ordinance establishes a city requirement that utilities bear the cost of relocation and removal of legacy equipment when poles are replaced or relocated. Council discussion focused on safety and encouraging uniform infrastructure upgrades by all utilities serving Bisbee.
