845 Cronomer Lake (25‑35): Ross Winglovitz reported two occupied duplexes on the site and the need for a DEC wetland field visit; Jim Campbell said the revised long driveway measured about 520 feet and would require a turnout/turnaround. Pat Hines recommended declaring intent for lead agency and circulating to Orange County Planning; the Board voted to do so.
Crossroad Realty Partners (26‑07): Winglovitz presented an initial concept for an eight‑lot subdivision off Route 300/Holt Lane with individual water services and on‑site septic locations identified. The Board authorized circulation of adjoiner notices and declared intent for lead agency; staff will include County Health and historic‑preservation agencies in circulation.
Extensions: The Board granted a six‑month extension for Monarch Woods Senior Community (new date: September 19, 2026) to allow the applicant to finalize legal agreements and financial securities. It also corrected and granted an Overlook Farms extension through May 8, 2026, clarifying the applicant’s prior early request and preserving the applicant’s last available extension opportunity.
These actions were administrative but required to preserve applicants’ rights and to begin interagency review where required.
