Both motions reference that the professional cost estimate and project manuals were completed in accordance with Level 3 of ASTM International Standard E1557 (UNIFORMAT II) and dated 06/04/2026.
The board did not award construction contracts at this meeting; the actions authorize bidding to proceed subject to the listed reviews and approvals.
