Recorder/Treasurer Richard Crow presented the report; Council Member Debb Formanek moved to approve the treasurer’s report and Rob Phillips seconded. Later in the meeting Council Member Chris Cantwell moved to approve payment to WER Architects; Sherry Moncrief seconded and the motion passed with four yes votes and one absence.
Council received administrative updates: grant-purchased radios have been received and placed in use; the Nabholz construction management contract has been received and is under review; and the first FEMA payment for Category A debris cleanup has been received and expensed. Council Member Debb Formanek recommended officials review a stretch of Little Flock Drive (from Copper Ridge east) for bicycle safety.
The minutes record the payment amount and the treasurer’s balances; no contract number or further invoice detail for the WER payment was included in the meeting text.
