Little Flock council adopts new zoning map, district transitions and conditional-use process

Rob (Robert) Phillips introduced two of the ordinances and Chris Cantwell introduced the zoning map ordinance; motions to suspend the usual three readings were made and seconded before each ordinance was adopted by roll-call votes.
