Deputy City Clerk Kandis Koozer provided staff comments to the council. Applicant representative Travis Bader was present to represent Vala's Orchard. Mayor Mike Evans opened the public hearing; with no members of the public speaking the hearing was closed.
On a motion by Kara Alexander, seconded by Bill Proctor, the council approved both the Class C and Class L licenses. Recorded roll‑call votes were Alexander: Yea; Liebentritt: Yea; Proctor: Yea; Westengaard: Yea (4‑0).
