Council approves rezoning for 1674 South Dixie Boulevard; holds first readings for several PUD rezones

Radcliff City Council voted June 16 to approve a rezoning ordinance changing a 14.24-acre parcel at 1674 South Dixie Boulevard from R-6 (high-density multifamily) to PUD (planned unit development), following a Planning Commission public hearing and recommendation for approval.
Planning staff said the rezoning was supported by the city’s comprehensive plan, evidence of record and an associated site plan approved by the Planning Commission. The ordinance text and references (deed book and county clerk citations) were provided; council adopted the change by roll-call vote with no substantive amendments.
Council also conducted first readings on several related PUD rezonings (lots at 120 Hearthstone Lane, 108 Hearthstone Lane and 98 Parkstone Lane). Those items were described as housekeeping measures to align plats and approved site plans and will return for subsequent readings and votes.
