Staff recommended scheduling meter relocations, determining who pays for which portion, and coordinating a plan for July and the summer construction window so projects remain on schedule.
Council members asked staff to return with exact estimates and a recommended plan, and staff said they would provide material lists and pit specifications for contractors and grant writers.
