The Upper Moreland Committee approved four advisory reappointments during its meeting: Fred Sandert to the Advisory Planning Agency as the Ward 2 representative for a two‑year term expiring June 1, 2028; Robert Young to the Advisory Planning Agency as the Ward 4 representative for a two‑year term expiring June 1, 2028; Christian Henderson to the Advisory Planning Agency as the Ward 6 representative for a two‑year term expiring June 1, 2028; and Lisa Marsteller to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Council as an at‑large representative for a two‑year term expiring June 30, 2028. The chair moved the reappointments and the committee approved them unanimously.
The chair also outlined remaining open seats: one Advisory Planning Agency seat for Ward 1; four vacancies on the Historic Commission; two vacancies on the Human Relations Commission; one remaining seat on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Council; a structural engineer vacancy on the Uniform Construction Code Local Appeals Board; and an open seat on the Upper Moreland–Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority. Residents interested in filling any of those positions were asked to email their resume to Township Manager Pat Sazio.
The actions taken were routine reappointments and a call for applicants; the committee did not alter term lengths or board structures during the meeting.
