St. Paul council accepts LB840 committee recommendations, directs delinquency letter to referenced business

Council member Katie Kowalski moved to approve the CARC recommendations and to have the CARC send a letter of loan-payment delinquency to the business identified in the report. Council member Bill Peters seconded the motion; Kowalski, Peters and Woodgate voted aye and the motion carried 3-0.
The minutes record the council’s direction to send a delinquency notice but do not publish the text of the CARC report or the identity of the business noted as delinquent.
