Bolton ZBA elects Anne Decker chair in 3-2 vote

Board member Jonathan Treat nominated Anne Decker for chair; Mary Terhune seconded the nomination. Joshua Machnik moved to nominate Morris Silverstein, but that nomination received no second. The motion to nominate Decker passed with Bill Anderson and Joshua Machnik voting in opposition.
Earlier in the meeting the board appointed alternates and Treat moved, with Machnik seconding, to appoint Decker as acting chairman for the session; that motion passed unanimously. The full election was taken later in the agenda and recorded as a 3-2 result.
The board did not set a new meeting schedule or assign other officer roles during this session.
