Michael Cindrich moved the resolution and Trustee Thomas G. Luzio seconded. The board adopted the resolution by roll call with four trustees in favor and Trustee Karen B. Schleimer recorded as Nay.
The resolution authorizes Edward W. Brancati to act on the village’s behalf in the application process and commits the match from village capital. The Board’s action preserves the village’s eligibility to seek state funding while reserving board oversight of contract or construction approvals that would follow if the grant is awarded.
