Senate File 122, concerning medical necessity standard timelines, did not receive full consideration at the committee meeting. Eric Bol with the Wyoming Hospital Association reported he had contacted the sponsor, who agreed to lay the bill back (table it) indefinitely to pursue further work and an interim topic. The committee voted to table SF122.
Chairman Rodriguez Williams closed the item and adjourned the meeting. The sponsor and stakeholders indicated they will continue discussions outside the committee before seeking formal action.
