Facilities staff explained the locker issue: center lockers had been installed lower than perimeter lockers for supervision purposes and the top peaks were showing signs of caving. The remedy will replace peaked tops with a flat wood counter surface to prevent further damage while preserving warranty obligations. The change order also covers conduit work and lighting that project leaders said had been previously discussed during the construction tour.
A board member moved, seconded and the motion passed 5–0. Administrators said the change order totals were discussed and that the work will keep the construction schedule moving; they invited board members to tour the site as construction progresses.
The board also confirmed upcoming meeting logistics and adjourned the meeting.
