Solicitor Wendy McKenna told the Board the plan proposes 26 cluster single‑family homes and that the Planning Agency recommended approval of requested waivers and the preliminary plan. The Board adopted Resolution #09232024‑01, the preliminary subdivision plan, by motion and recorded votes.
McKenna said the Planning Agency also recommended approval of the Sewage Facilities Planning Module. The Board adopted Resolution #09232024‑02 accepting the Sewage Planning Module, clearing the way for applicants to pursue permitting and final‑plan work.
The Board’s actions are procedural approvals that allow the applicant to move forward with engineering, permitting and final subdivision steps; they do not authorize construction or final lot recordings, which require subsequent filings and any applicable permits. The solicitor’s office prepared both resolutions and the Board authorized their adoption at the meeting.
Next steps for the applicant include filing required final plan documents and satisfying any conditions or outside-agency approvals noted in the Planning Agency review. The Board did not discuss a timetable for subsequent hearings or construction during the meeting.
