Members acknowledged that Mr. Zepp has no legal obligation to comply with the request and that the board lacks subpoena power; the request is a voluntary opportunity for Mr. Zepp to address the board’s concerns.
The motion passed on roll call. The board instructed the council representative to follow up before issuing any formal notice.
