Washington County awards FY2027 fuel-delivery contract to Elliott Bulk Services

On a motion by Supervisor Marcus Fedler, seconded by Supervisor Richard Young, the board voted unanimously to award the contract to Elliott Bulk Services and authorize the chairperson to sign the contract.
The action follows standard county procurement practice for bulk fuel supply; the board record does not specify contract start and end dates beyond the FY2027 designation or include the vendor’s full contract language. The minutes note Elliott Bulk Services’ former name (Cobb Oil) but do not provide additional vendor references or performance guarantees.
