The Quincy Sewer Authority on May 18 approved QSA Resolution 2026-01, designating authorized check signers, and unanimously accepted the minutes of its April 20 meeting.
At the start of the meeting the board recorded attendance that included Chairman Aaron Moats, Vice Chairman Lynn Michalsky, Member Dave Fair, Secretary Julia Bowers and Solicitor Zachary Mills. A Moats/Michalsky motion to approve Resolution 2026-01 carried unanimously. Earlier, an A Fair/Michalsky motion to approve the April 20 minutes carried unanimously.
Board members reviewed the authority’s accounts and reported there were no current bills to approve at this session. Under old business the board noted the PLGIT account closing market value as of April 30, 2026 was $523,327.80; no action was taken on that account during the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m. after a Michalsky/Moats motion to adjourn carried unanimously. Minutes were submitted by Secretary Julia Bowers.
