At the same meeting the Road Commissioner reported that the beaver problem affecting Egypt Road had been addressed and the beavers relocated; the Road Commissioner will also inspect a beaver dam on Hodgkins Hill Road. Select Board member Robert Clark said Donnie Clark will cut three trees on Sennet Road and one tree on the island at North Mountain Road and Village Street as part of routine roadside maintenance.
Board members noted the town has received 2,500 yards of salt and sand for the municipal shed and is waiting for an additional 1,000 yards to arrive.
The board approved the town expense warrant of $24,578.32 during the same meeting.
