Planning Board set to hear medical marijuana home grow request and Limington Estates subdivision on June 1

Agenda items include a conditional-use hearing for Emmett Mailer’s request to grow medical marijuana at 75 Christian Hill Road, a final review of the Limington Estates 20-unit final subdivision plan aimed at 55-and-over residents, a final subdivision on Ben Blake Road, a sign plan update from Matt Haskell, and a vote on a continuing-use permit for Stanhope C (Powwow Lane). The chair said the board also will consider minutes from prior meetings.
Members of the public who wish to comment may attend the June 1 hearing; the chair noted that the Planning Board meets at the municipal complex the first and third Monday evenings of the month. Decisions on the listed items will be recorded in the Planning Board minutes, the chair said.
