Public Works also reported that crew members logged a combined 210.25 hours for the week and that maintenance work included dangerous tree removal, grading and roadside mulching. The director said the grader needs an injection pump rebuild and the excavator requires a control-unit repair — both described as relatively costly repairs that will be scheduled and priced by staff.
Town leadership said it has arranged a meeting with Melon and Sons on June 18 at 5 p.m. to discuss curbside pickup and a possible curbside recycling option for Limington. The town manager said residents should follow future agendas for details and that any change to curbside services would return to the board for further discussion and possible action.
