Board approves payroll‑vendor workshop; staff to meet with Bangor Savings service

The workshop motions were procedural approvals to bring vendors in for demonstrations; no vendor contract was approved at the meeting.
Next steps agreed at the meeting: staff will contact vendors, schedule a workshop, and return with vendor materials and cost information for the board’s review.
