Committee schedules special Nov. 21 and Dec. 18 meetings; assigns quarterly report presenter
Summary

Earlier in the session the committee approved the Sept. 26 minutes by roll call; the clerk recorded a motion by "mister Dela Rosa" and a second recorded as "mister Ombres" (that second is recorded in the transcript but not otherwise identified in the record). The minutes were approved with four yes votes and one absence.
